Susan S12 September 2026I needed my A/C serviced and a friend recommended Oscar from Kahuna Comfort. Honestly I had never had it serviced in over 20 years but knew I was past due. Oscar came out and checked everything out from top to bottom starting with the furnace in the attic and finished with the A/C outside on the hottest day of the year. He was extremely knowledgeable and took pictures of everything and explained everything he saw. He provided his recommendations in writing and I felt He was very honest and the estimated repairs were fair. I would absolutely recommend Oscar and this company again. Great experience. John H4 September 2026Just had a total kitchen remodel with a new sink setup also. After a few days the sink wouldn't drain, I did my best to locate the clog and determined it was beyond my knowledge. Contacted Kahuna Comfort through Angie's list and had a technician arrive within an hour. Brandon spent several hours clearing the original clog, in a line under the house, and then found the areas that needed more care. ( hard build up in the pipe) After a thorough clearing of the clog and cleaning of the pipe everything is great. Brandon was a true professional and a good person to work with. We will definitely add Kahuna Comfort and Brandon to our list of go to people.Posted on Google

June V24 August 2026No one wants to have a plumbing issue on a Saturday (or any day) but if you do, I highly recommend Kahuna Comfort for your plumbing needs. What I thought was clogged toilets, turned out to be a terrible sewer break (on a Saturday). The team they sent was amazing. Professional, kind, funny and worked to get us back up and running by Sunday. Kept the job site clean and when they left, they left the area clean.Posted on Google
Imaytriks U21 August 2026I gave this company a shot during the time of writing this review and the technician that came to assist me goes by the name of Jorge. Before he arrived, when I called to make an appointment I was lucky to have him come over on the same day. Jorge came in on time and I asked for him to perform a service that which I have no knowledge of. Jorge is a very wonderful person to talk to. Not only did he perform the task, but also educated me on what he was going to do and made sure that I understood everything that was going to happen as well as inform me on what the result will be. I really appreciate that he did that. There was 0 miscommunication from this experience and explained things that were very easy for me to understand. Its a pleasure to have met the nice lad and to have this company help me with my little issue. I also talked to Luis and he too is a pleasure to talk to. We had a huge grease blockage in our kitchen sink that wasn’t an easy fix, and they handled the entire situation with professionalism, patience, and expertise from start to finish. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on, walked me through the camera inspection, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel pressured. They were determined to find the root cause of the issue rather than just provide a temporary fix, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was how thorough they were. They worked hard to completely clear the line, showed me the camera footage afterward to confirm everything was flowing properly, and made sure everything was cleaned up and put back the way it was before they left. Jesse and Jorge were honest, knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and clearly take pride in the quality of their work. They turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one through their communication, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right. Grace was very polite and easy to set up an appointment. Brandon came in 30 mins and he was great at communicating. He explained the process transparently and gave us all the options. Burchman16 July 2026I recently hired Kahuna Comfort to address a plumbing issue in one of our bathrooms, and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, thoroughness, and prompt service. When one of our toilets stopped flushing, I first tried plunging it and running a six-foot auger through the line, but neither worked. Maria took my call, and Stephen and Erick arrived at our home shortly afterward. Using their equipment, they removed an approximately four-foot-long mass of palm roots from the plumbing line. Because the line had been breached, we decided to replace the damaged section up to the elbow. This was a significant project that required removing the baseboards and travertine tile, opening the concrete slab, and excavating the area to access the pipe. I explained to Maria that we were expecting international guests the following week. She assured me the entire project would be completed before their arrival, including installing new tile and reattaching the baseboards—and they delivered exactly as promised. Throughout the process, the crew worked methodically, kept the area clean, and responded promptly to every question or concern I had. The finished work looks excellent. After repainting the walls and baseboards, the bathroom looks brand new. I highly recommend Kahuna Comfort for their reliability, quality workmanship, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service.+0Posted on Google
